Achieving a service of quality is a policy shared by the entire organization with the consolidation of our service always in accordance with the demands of our clients.

GLOBALMAR REEFERS has the objective of guaranteeing that the quality of the service it offers complies with the requirements of each client and the established legal requirements. 

It is through this policy that CEO establishes, declares and assumes the following principles: 

  • Comply with and respect the contractual requirements and expectations of clients.
  • The quality and the contractual requirements are implemented effectively with specifications that are communicated to the collaborators in a complete and timely manner.
  • The quality is a common task of all the staff of the company for this reason, they all assume that the continuous improvement is a priority and therefore they are aware that they are responsible for the quality of their task.
  • It defines and reviews the context of the organization in continuous basis.
  • The participation of all is encouraged in the identification of risks and opportunities and continuous improvement is promoted.
  • It is defined specifics and quantifiable objectives
